Recognition/awards :

There have been visits by various national and international dignitaries to our research farm, seed processing plant and field activities and hadve interactions with us. Our concerted efforts have resulted in development of Cuscuta free seed of lucerne varieties "Alamdar-1" and 'Alamdar-51' annual and perennial respectively and traded in different states through our retailer network. The appreciation from Government of India; ICAR, New Delhi, Anand Agricultural University, Government of Gujarat, District Milk Union Limited, NDDB and Dairy farmers is the testimony of our work.

	Bharatiya Udhayog Ratna Awarded on 29-04- 2005 by Mr. Rokovada, High Commi., Fizi, Mr. M.P. Valimba, High Commi., Uganda and Shri B. Satyanarayan Reddy, Former Governor (U.P.) to Shri A. H. Bhimani.
		Hon. Chief Minister, Gujarat state Shri Narenbhai Modi visited Lucerne Alamdar Seed stall during High-Tech Krushi Mela on 26-5-2002 at Bhuj-KUTCH.
	Dr. Mangala Rai; Secretary (DARE) and Director General (ICAR) New Delhi, honoured for research in lucerne to Shri Akbarali H. Bhimani on 17-08-2003 during opening ceremony of Main Forage Research Center at Gujarat Agricultural University, Anand.
		"Sardar Patel Agricultural Award" is presented to M/S Khoja Habib Mamad, Nagalpur on 13-04-2007 for the contribution of Lucerne seed research and evolved Lucerne new variety of Alamdar-51 by the Agriculture and Co-operation Department, Gujarat State during the Third Krushimahotsav.
